Thank you for your interest in Streeter Realty! I have served over 10 years as a Real Estate Broker in California and over 5 years as a Realtor in Nevada. I've completed all types of transactions, both in real estate purchases, sales, and property management. I currently serve on the Professional Standards Board Real Estate Board in CA.

As your Buyer’s Agent, I represent your interest in your property purchase. This includes:

Researching and locating the property you desire

Preparing comparative property analyses

Negotiating on your behalf

Preparing the necessary contracts and documents to purchase the property

Providing you with recommended Lenders, Inspectors, Repair Specialists, Home Cleaners, etc.

Working with the various parties involved, to include, but not limited to

Appraisers

Title Officers

Escrow Officers

Seller’s Agent(s)

Representing your interest as your Agent
To hire me as your Buyer’s Agent, I will send you a Buyers Brokerage Agreement, where you are agreeing to my representation of you as your Buyer’s Agent, along with an Agency Disclosure form for your [electronic] signature. Note that the seller pays your part of my commission.
