As your Buyer’s Agent, I represent your interest in your property purchase.  This includes:

• Researching and locating the property you desire

• Preparing comparative property analyses 

• Negotiating on your behalf

• Preparing the necessary contracts and documents to purchase the property

• Providing you with recommended Lenders, Inspectors, Repair Specialists, Home Cleaners, etc.

• Working with the various parties involved, to include, but not limited to

  • Lenders

  • Appraisers

  • Title Officers

  • Escrow Officers

  • Seller’s Agent(s)

  • Inspectors (if applicable)

• Representing your interest as your Agent

 

To hire me as your Buyer’s Agent, I will send you a Buyers Brokerage Agreement, where you are agreeing to my representation of you as your Buyer’s Agent, along with an Agency Disclosure form for your [electronic] signature. Note that the seller pays your part of my commission.
